- Individual airlines vary in their policies regarding unaccompanied minors; as such, this circumstance must be identified prior to finalizing booking request and failure to do so may result in flight cancellation or changes mandated by the airline. Any costs incurred as a result of such cancellations or changes are the sole responsibility of the traveler or his/her parent or legal guardian.

All applicable taxes and fees assessed by airports, airlines and government entities apply. The travel booking experience is designed to match the customer experience on online travel booking sites. The customer will get to choose from a variety of different flight options. Caliber cannot guarantee first choice flights will be available.
Up to five Companion Rewards may be combined per booking. The probability of all 10 to travel on the same flight is less than 20%. For 8 people it is approximately 40%; for 4 people it is approximately 70%; and for 2 people it is 100%.
Flight itineraries that include 10 or more travelers are considered “group travel” and do not fall within “promotional availability.” Groups wishing to book will be unable to utilize the Free Companion Flight booking engine and must contact the Caliber Concierge Service Desk in order to make travel arrangements. Additional fees may apply depending on the airline carrier.
Always, Companion Rewards only allow you to fly together on the same flight itinerary.
All companion rewards are nonrefundable and there are no changes allowed through Caliber. You may go directly to the airline to make any changes.

Yes, the Booking PIN is transferable and customers can gift them to friends and family, after it is received. Updates are made every day on the promotion website but the timing of when your status is updated on the website will vary depending on where you are in the qualification process.
There are two places in the process where it could be determined the customer does not qualify for the free companion flight:
- After they register on the website, and after the registration confirmation email is received, the promotion website will verify the customer has met the promotion criteria. If the promotion criteria is not met, they will receive an email from the promotion website within 3-5 days notifying them.
- Existing customers need to be in good standing to be fully qualified. If existing customers are suspended for non-payment before 31 days and after they have registered for the promotion, they will receive an email letting them know, that because they have been suspended for non-payment, they are no longer eligible.
